近日本公司Sprout Asset Management (Asia) Limited 收到仿冒我司的詐騙查詢。不法分子通過仿冒我司的、應用程式（APP）以及工作人員進行詐騙活動。具體詐騙手法包括但不限於：假冒我司客服人員、利用偽造網站以及交易應用程式的介面（如下圖所示）行騙等。
我司現嚴正聲明：以上仿冒詐騙事件中任何網站、交易程式、人員都不存在任何代理、授權、擔保或其他形式的合作關係。請廣大投資者切勿輕信任何可疑資訊。任何涉及製作上述仿冒證件、造假網站以及交易的個人與機構應對其違法及犯罪行為單獨承擔責任。Sprout Asset Management (Asia) Limited對任何假冒我司名義試圖誤導或欺騙投資者的公司或個人必將嚴厲追究並訴諸法律，以維護我司的聲譽及合法權益。

Recently, our company, Sprout Asset Management (Asia) Limited, received inquiries about scams impersonating us. Criminals are conducting fraudulent activities by impersonating our application (APP) and staff. Specific fraudulent methods include but are not limited to: impersonating our customer service personnel, using counterfeit websites, and the interface of trading applications (as shown in the image below).
Our company hereby solemnly declares: there is no agency, authorization, guarantee, or other forms of cooperation with any websites, trading programs, or personnel involved in the aforementioned impersonation and fraud incidents. We urge investors not to trust any suspicious information. Any individuals or organizations involved in the production of the aforementioned counterfeit documents, fake websites, and trading will bear sole responsibility for their illegal and criminal actions. Sprout Asset Management (Asia) Limited will pursue legal action against any companies or individuals attempting to mislead or deceive investors in the name of our company to protect our reputation and legal rights.
If you receive information from unknown senders, please be vigilant and do not disclose any personal or account information, nor transfer money as requested. If in doubt, you can use the police-released “Anti-Fraud App” to check and assess fraud risks. If you unfortunately become a victim of a scam, please report to the nearest police station.
